Job summary

Scientific Games, LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician to service lottery retail locations across the Cleveland region. You will perform installs, repairs, relocations, and preventative maintenance on point-of-sale and related equipment while delivering excellent customer service.

Travel is required, with occasional overnight stays. You will train customers, document service orders, and collaborate with the data center to resolve issues quickly.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalency.
• Pass a background check, drug test, and have a clean driving record.
• Able to travel overnight if needed and drive a non-CDL delivery truck.

Responsibilities

• Service calls at lottery retailer locations (installs, removals, and maintenance).
• Perform field repairs, installations, and relocations with minimal supervision.
• Provide training and preventative maintenance to customers.
• Communicate value of services and match products to customer needs.
• Record service data and log issues for follow-up.
