Job summary

Scientific Games, LLC seeks a Field Service Technician to service lottery retailer locations on-site. You will perform installs, removals, and preventive maintenance of equipment, provide training, and ensure timely service with a focus on customer satisfaction.

You will log service data, troubleshoot communications within stores, and build strong customer relationships while working with limited supervision.

Qualifications

• Background check and driving record required.
• Ability to drive a non-CDL delivery truck.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
• Experience troubleshooting computer software and hardware.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Service lottery retailer locations, perform installs, removals, and preventive maintenance.
