• Must pass a background check and have a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive a non-CDL delivery truck.
• Familiarity with MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Understanding of troubleshooting computer software and hardware.

Responsibilities

• Service lottery retail locations with installs, removals and maintenance.
• Perform client-site servicing, repair, installation, and relocation of equipment.
• Provide training and preventative maintenance to customers.
• Record service calls and report data/communication issues to management.
• Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships and troubleshoot issues by phone when needed.
