Job summary

Scientific Games, LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician to service lottery retail locations at client sites, handling installs, repairs, relocations, and training of customers on equipment and systems.

The role requires travel as needed, lifting up to 50 pounds, and the ability to work extended hours. Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer‑focused attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency is required.
• Background check, drug test, and clean driving record are required.
• Must be able to travel overnight if needed.
• Must be able to drive a non-CDL delivery truck.
• Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with troubleshooting computer hardware and software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive customer experience using customer service and technical skills.
• Communicate the value of services and match products with customer needs.
• Perform field repairs and installations, including terminals and peripheral equipment, with minimal supervision.
• Manage company vehicles per guidelines.
• Coordinate with Data Center to ensure timely service at locations.
• Record service call data and report issues to management.
• Troubleshoot communications within retail locations.
• Train new and existing customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
