Job summary

Scientific Games, LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician to service lottery retail locations in Ohio. You will install, repair, relocate, and train customers on equipment, ensuring reliable operation and positive service experiences.

You will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot communications, and document service calls while working with the Data Center and field teams. The role requires driving, lifting, and flexibility for schedule variations.

Qualifications

• Must pass a background check and drug test.
• Valid non-CDL driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to troubleshoot computer hardware and software.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Occasional ladder climbing.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform client-site servicing, repair, installation, and relocation of company equipment at lottery retailer locations.
• Provide training and preventative maintenance to customers on all equipment aspects.
• Document service calls and log data; report issues to management.
• Troubleshoot communications within a retail location; ensure customer downtime is minimized.
• Maintain company vehicles and respond to service orders in a timely manner.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Complete roughly six to ten detailed activities per day depending on location.
• Assist in training of new team members when needed.
