Job summary

Scientific Games, LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician to service lottery retailer locations, performing installs, removals, and maintenance on POS and vending equipment. You will train customers, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a positive service experience.

This role requires driving, hardware/software troubleshooting, and the ability to work non-standard hours including weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Must pass a background check, drug test, and have a clean driving record.
• Able to drive a non-CDL delivery truck.
• Familiar with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Some experience with troubleshooting computer software and hardware.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Customer satisfaction oriented.
• Promptly respond to customer/leadership requests and feedback.
• Ability to lift, install and move large self-service equipment (up to 50 pounds) and occasional ladder climbing.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, install, and relocate company equipment at lottery retailer locations.
• Provide training and preventative maintenance to customers.
• Complete service calls with detailed notes and communicate issues to management.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and troubleshoot issues over the phone when needed.
