Job summary

Scientific Games, LLC, a global leader in lottery, gaming and technology, seeks a Field Service Technician to service lottery retail locations and maintain equipment. You will perform installs, relocations and preventative maintenance on terminals, POS and related systems at client sites.

You will train customers, troubleshoot issues and deliver responsive service while building strong relationships with retailers.

Qualifications

Background check and drug test required.
Ability to drive a non-CDL delivery truck.
Familiarity with MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with troubleshooting computer software and hardware.

Responsibilities

Complete assigned service calls at lottery retailer locations.
Provide a positive customer experience using customer service and technical skills.
Communicate the value of our services and match products with customer needs.
Perform field repairs including installs, removing terminals, and peripheral procedures.
Vehicle management per guidelines.
Collaborate with Data Center for timeliness to retail locations.
Record service call information and report data problems.
Follow up on issues needing additional support.
Troubleshoot communications within a retail location.
Perform routine maintenance on company vehicles.
Maintain an acceptable driving record.
Build and maintain customer relationships.
Resolve customer issues on first contact.
Some troubleshooting over the phone.
Training of new and existing customers.
Average six to ten detailed activities per day.
Occasional training of new team members.
Perform other duties as assigned.
