Job summary

Scientific Games is seeking a Field Service Technician to service lottery retail locations. You will install, repair, relocate equipment, and train customers while maintaining a focus on uptime and customer satisfaction.

On-site work includes troubleshooting terminals, communications gear, and peripherals, logging service data, and building strong customer relationships. A clean driving record and basic MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalency.
• Pass a background check, drug test, and have a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive a non-CDL delivery truck.
• Familiarity with MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Experience with troubleshooting computer software and hardware.

Responsibilities

• Service calls at lottery retailer locations, installs and relocations as needed.
• Perform field repairs of terminals, communications equipment, and peripherals.
• Provide training and preventative maintenance to customers.
• Communicate service value and match products to customer needs.
• Log service data and report problems, escalate as required.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure timely calls.
