Job summary

Scientific Games, LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician to service lottery retail locations. You will perform installs, removals, and preventative maintenance of equipment, provide training, and ensure timely service calls.

The role requires strong customer service and technical skills to troubleshoot communications and hardware in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include documenting services, maintaining equipment, and fostering durable customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Background check, drug test required
• Clean driving record required
• Familiarity with MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience troubleshooting computer software and hardware technologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer-satisfaction focus
• Ability to respond promptly to requests from customers and leadership
• Self-starter with motivation and organization
• Able to multitask with good time management
• Willing to work weekends, holidays, evenings and overtime

Responsibilities

• Perform client-site servicing, repair, installation, and relocation of company equipment at lottery retailer locations
• Provide training and preventative maintenance to customers
• Complete service calls with thorough documentation and reporting
• Troubleshoot and resolve communications issues within retail locations
• Maintain vehicle and ensure timely arrival at assigned sites
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and communicate product value
