Job summary

Scientific Games, LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician to service lottery retail locations on client sites. You will perform installs, removals, preventative maintenance, and relocations of equipment, and provide training to customers while ensuring a positive experience.

You will troubleshoot communications, repair terminals, manage service calls, and maintain vehicle readiness. Strong customer service and technical skills are essential; ability to lift 50 pounds and work weekends may be

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalency.
• Pass a background check, drug test, and have a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive a non-CDL delivery truck.
• Familiarity with MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform client-site servicing, repair, installation, and relocation of company equipment and supplies.
• Provide training and preventative maintenance to customers on all aspects of the equipment.
• Complete assigned service calls at lottery retailer locations, including installs and removals.
• Troubleshoot communications within a retail location and document service call data.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships and ensure timely service.
