Job summary

Scientific Games, LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician to service lottery retail locations. You will perform client-site servicing, repair, installation, and relocation of equipment, and provide training and preventative maintenance to customers.

This client-facing role requires strong communication, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to travel as needed. You will document service calls, support drivers, and help ensure reliable, secure operations across multiple retailers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• Background check, drug test, and clean driving record required.
• Ability to travel overnight if needed.
• Able to drive a non-CDL delivery truck and lift 35+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Service lottery retail locations on-site, performing installs, repairs, relocations and preventative maintenance.
• Provide training and maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication.
• Record service calls and report data issues to management.
• Troubleshoot communications equipment and peripheral devices within retail sites.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and drivers.
