DistributionNOW is seeking a Service Technician to deliver on-site service and support during field visits or dispatches. You will manage installations, repairs, maintenance, and testing tasks while coordinating with scheduling and the technical team.

The role requires the ability to diagnose errors, produce detailed reports, and communicate clearly with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention. A valid high school diploma and strong problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
• Assembly experience is a plus.
• Ability to follow directions.
• Troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
