DistributionNOW is seeking a field service professional to deliver service and customer support during field visits or dispatches. You will manage on-site installation, maintenance and testing, diagnose issues, and provide detailed service reports to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Ideal candidates have strong interpersonal skills, basic assembly experience, and the ability to adapt to flexible schedules while using mobile tools and applications.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and written communications abilities.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to troubleshoot, test, repair and service equipment.
• Able to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
• Familiarity with mobile tools and applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
• Tie workflow to schedule and manage on-site tasks.
• Perform installation, repair, maintenance and testing on equipment.
• Diagnose errors and determine solutions for equipment issues.
• Produce timely, detailed service reports and document processes.
• Operate vehicle safely and follow field procedures.
