DNOW is seeking a Service Technician to deliver exceptional customer service during field visits, manage on-site installations, repairs, and tests, and drive customer satisfaction. You will diagnose technical issues, produce detailed reports, and communicate effectively with the technical team and clients.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work flexible shifts. Familiarity with mobile tools and a proactive problem-solving mindset are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
• Familiarity with mobile tools and applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
• Tie workflow to schedule and manage on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks.
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions on equipment.
• Produce timely and detailed service reports and document processes.
• Operate vehicle safely and follow field procedures and protocols.
• Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization.
• Build positive relationships with customers and understand their requirements.
