DNOW is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver on-site service and exceptional customer support. The role requires diagnosing and repairing equipment, following procedures, and coordinating with the technical team to meet customer needs.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, assembly experience, and the ability to work flexible shifts while traveling to customer sites. On-site work and field automation familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot, test and repair equipment.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
• Familiarity with mobile tools and applications.

Responsabilités

• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
• Tie workflow to schedule.
• Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks.
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions on equipment.
• Produce timely and detailed service reports.
• Document processes.
• Operate vehicle in a safe manner and use field automation systems.
• Follow all company’s field procedures and protocols.
• Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization.
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings within capabilities.
• Build positive relationship with customers.
