Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver exceptional service and maintain Canon-supported products at customer sites. This role emphasizes on-site maintenance, documentation, and customer satisfaction with travel as part of daily responsibilities.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. Expect full-time, on-site work with competitive hourly compensation and benefits.

Responsabilidades

• Report product failure trends and serviceability issues with documentation.
• Provide field/shop/on-site maintenance to meet customer demands.
• Maintain Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain performance of assigned machines and support branch metrics.
