Job summary

Canon USA is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver outstanding service and support for Canon-supported products. This customer-facing role requires mobility, lifting, and travel within assigned territory to perform on-site maintenance and service tasks with accuracy and professionalism.

You will report to your manager, document service activities, and uphold Service and Parts Standards while contributing to branch quarterly targets and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic understanding of internet environments.
• Ability to travel with valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Must obtain security/clearances required by customers to enter premises.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and be active >50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Report to manager product failure trends and serviceability issues with documentation.
• Provide efficient, responsive, and accurate field/shop/on-site maintenance to meet customer demands.
• Maintain technical information, Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property.
• Demonstrate strong customer communication and satisfaction skills.
• Maintain performance of assigned machines.
• Contribute to branch/district targets by sustaining service performance.
