Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Field Service / Technician professional to install, repair, and test complex equipment at customer sites. You will perform on-site installations, troubleshoot malfunctions, and coordinate repair activities to meet contractual SLAs.

The role requires strong communication, willingness to travel domestically and internationally, and the ability to work in a 24/7 customer environment. TSA background checks are part of the process.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum troubleshooting and field repair of electrical/electronic systems.
• Excellent communication skills with strong customer focus and teamwork.
• Must be willing to travel on short notice and pass TSA eQIP background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, modification, and repair of complex equipment and systems for customers.
• On-site installation and testing to ensure proper operation.
• Isolate start-up malfunctions and take corrective action.
• Update work orders in CRM systems such as Salesforce, Maximo, and GURU.
• Coordinate repair activities and manage resources to meet SLAs.
• Work in 24/7 customer environments with potential after-hours on-call duties.
