Job summary

Konica Minolta Business Solutions is seeking an Office Systems Associate I to perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of KM MFPs and printers. You will travel locally to customer sites, install and troubleshoot networking issues, and support sales with service leads.

The role requires problem-solving skills, reliability, and the ability to train customers on printing and scanning basics. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Technical School training preferred.
• 0–1 year experience related to technical/repair of business equipment.
• Certified or working towards certification of N+ or equivalent.
• Pass background, security and drug test.
• Position requires use of personal car with vehicle maintenance compensation program; must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform full range of on-site maintenance, diagnostics, repairs and customer call assistance on KM MFPs and printers.
• Travel locally on a daily basis to various customer sites and manage territory workload.
• Occasionally travel outside of the local area for training.
• Provide sales support by advising sales on problems or accounts and service leads.
• Complete weekly timesheets and expense reports accurately.
• Train customers on basic printing, scanning, copying functions.
• Follow call handling procedures and achieve productivity targets (≥85% after 6 months).
