Job summary

Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. is seeking an Office Systems Specialist to service and maintain a range of analog and digital copiers, printers, and multifunction devices.

You will travel locally to customer sites, perform diagnostics, repairs, and installations, and train customers on basic printing and scanning tasks. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of technical repair experience, N+ or equivalent certification, and strong time management.

Qualifications

• Electrical/mechanical aptitude required.
• Familiar with printing from common business applications.
• Microsoft OS peer to peer and MAC OS client side environments.
• Excellent time management and prioritization.
• Professional appearance and demeanor; strong verbal and written communications.
• Teamwork; able to work with others.
• Knowledge of Word and Excel.
• High School diploma or GED; Technical School training preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience related to technical/repair of business equipment.
• N+ or equivalent certification.
• Additional IT certifications or training are a plus.
• Pass background, security and drug tests.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics, repairs and customer call assistance on KM MFP and printers.
• Travel locally to customer sites and manage territory workload with strong customer communication.
• Install/de-install equipment, configure networking, load drivers and upgrade firmware.
• Train customers on basic printing, scanning, copying functions.
• Maintain ASL truck inventory for the designated territory.
• Provide sales support and advise on problems accounts and service leads.
• Complete timesheets and expense reports in a timely manner.
• Maintain professional appearance and effective communication with customers and team.
