Job summary

Konica Minolta Business Solutions is seeking an Office Systems Associate I to perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on KM MFPs and printers, including non-KM devices. You will travel to customer sites, install and troubleshoot, and support customers with product training and service needs.

The role requires strong mechanical/electrical aptitude, good time management and clear communication, with the ability to work independently and in a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School diploma or GED; Technical School training preferred.
• 0-1 year experience related to technical/repair of business equipment.
• Certified or working towards certification of N+ or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintains on-site equipment with diagnostics, repairs and customer contact.
• Travels locally to customer sites within the designated territory; supports installation and de-installation tasks as needed.
• Provides training to customers on basic printing, scanning, copying functions.
