Job summary

Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. is seeking an Office Systems Professional to perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and installation for KM MFPs and printers, with travel to customer sites in the local area.

You will diagnose networking issues, load drivers, and provide customer support while meeting core productivity metrics. Applicants should have electrical/mechanical aptitude, experience with Windows/Mac environments, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School diploma or GED; Technical School training preferred.
• 4+ years experience related to technical/repair of business equipment.
• Certified on N+ or equivalent; additional IT certifications are a plus.
• Must possess electrical/mechanical aptitude and familiarity with business printing applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on KM MFPs and printers.
• Configure networking for printing/scanning on Windows and Mac environments.
• Travel locally to customer sites and manage territory workload.
• Occasionally travel outside local area for training.
• Train customers on basic printing/scanning functions and provide problem-solving support.
