Job summary

Acuative is seeking a dependable Field Service Technician to install and maintain network infrastructure at customer locations across the Wisconsin area. The role requires hands-on installation, testing, and coordination with remote engineers, with a focus on reliability and quality service.

The position includes a company vehicle, training, and opportunities for overtime. Prior field service or IT experience is preferred, and candidate must be willing to travel as needed and lift up to 50

Qualifications

• Experience across IT field services, telecom, networking or cabling.
• Ability to install and troubleshoot network hardware and cabling.
• Familiarity with VOIP, routers, switches, and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, replace and configure network equipment and cabling at customer sites.
• Perform site surveys, testing and troubleshooting with remote resources.
• Maintain company vehicle and on-site safety practices.
