Acuative is seeking a dependable Field Service Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and provide Smart Hands support for network and technology infrastructure at customer locations. You will work with routers, switches, APs, and servers, performing cabling and testing as part of hands-on field service.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• Strong technical background with willingness to learn.
• Willingness to travel and lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Install and service routers, switches, wireless access points, firewalls, and servers.
• Perform site surveys, cabling, testing, and documentation.
• Coordinate with NOCs, engineers, and customer teams to complete installations.
• Maintain company vehicle and inventory; adhere to safety protocols.
• Work at heights up to 30 feet and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
