Acuative is seeking a dependable Field Service Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and provide Smart Hands support for network and technology infrastructure at customer locations. The role involves travel to various sites, coordinating with NOCs and customer teams, and performing hands-on installation and testing of routers, switches, and wireless gear.

The position offers a full-time schedule with benefits, a company vehicle, and paid training.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience with networking hardware and structured cabling preferred.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in field service environments.

Responsabilités

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and provide Smart Hands support for network infrastructure.
• Travel to customer sites to install and service voice, data, and IT hardware.
• Coordinate with remote NOCs, engineers, and customer teams to resolve issues.
• Document circuits, equipment, and site conditions with accuracy.
• Perform site surveys and cabling work, including testing and verification.
• Maintain company vehicle and tools per standards, and adhere to safety rules.
