Acuative is seeking a dependable Field Service Technician to perform installation, maintenance, and Smart Hands support for network infrastructure at customer locations. The role involves working with routers, switches, WAPs, and related hardware across diverse environments.

Ideal candidates have a strong technical background, willingness to learn, and ability to travel. Paid training and company vehicle are provided as part of a full‑time benefits package.

Qualifications

• Strong networking hardware knowledge across routers, switches, wireless, firewalls.
• Experience with structured cabling and installation of telecom/networking equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot copper/fiber connectivity and use test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install and support network equipment, cabling, and site surveys.
• Perform equipment installation, testing, and hand‑on troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with remote engineers and project teams to complete work.
