Job summary

Acuative is seeking a dependable Field Service Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and provide Smart Hands support for network and technology infrastructure at customer locations across the market. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible role with a company vehicle and reimbursed travel costs; paid training is included.

Ideal candidates have prior field service or IT/networking experience or a strong technical background, a willingness to learn, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Field service experience or strong technical background preferred.
• Willingness to travel and work at various customer sites.
• Paid training and support provided by Acuative.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and provide on-site Smart Hands support for network/IT hardware.
• Perform cabling, testing, and equipment replacement at customer locations.
• Coordinate with remote NOCs, engineers, and customer teams to resolve issues.
• Complete documentation, inventories, and ticket notes accurately.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and safety equipment.
