Job summary

Scientific Games, LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician for the Batavia-Cincinnati region. You will service lottery retail locations, perform installs, relocations and preventative maintenance, and train customers on equipment.

Daily tasks include responding to service calls, troubleshooting, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Weekend/evening work and lifting up to 50 pounds are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Must pass a background check, drug test, and have a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive a non-CDL delivery truck.
• Familiar with MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Experience troubleshooting computer software and hardware.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills.
• Respond promptly to customer/leadership requests and feedback.
• Self-starter with motivation and ability.
• Strong organization and time management for multitasking.
• Strong judgement and problem-solving to minimize downtime.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and evenings as needed.
• Available to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to lift, install and move large self-service equipment (up to 50 pounds); occasional ladder climbing.

Responsibilities

• Perform client-site servicing, repair, installation, and relocation of company equipment.
• Provide training and preventative maintenance to customers.
• Complete scheduled and unscheduled service calls at lottery retailer locations.
• Communicate the value of services and match products to customer needs.
• Troubleshoot communications within a retail location and perform routine vehicle maintenance.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Accurately record service call information and reports; escalate as needed.
