Job summary

Scientific Games, LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician to service lottery retail locations in the Maumee, OH area. You will install, repair, relocate and maintain terminal equipment, provide customer training and ensure high-quality service to clients.

The role involves driving a non-CDL delivery vehicle, lifting up to 50 pounds, and periodic weekend/evening work as needed. You will document service calls and help optimize customer downtime with proactive support.

Qualifications

• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Must have a clean driving record for operating a non-CDL delivery vehicle.
• Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Understanding of troubleshooting computer hardware and software.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong customer satisfaction orientation and proactive problem solving.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays and evenings as needed.
• Able to lift/move up to 50 pounds and ascend/descend ladders as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform client-site servicing, repair, installation, and relocation of lottery retail equipment.
• Provide training and preventative maintenance to customers on equipment and systems.
• Document service calls and report data/communication issues to management.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and communicate value of services.
• Work with limited supervision to troubleshoot and resolve issues on site.
