Job summary

Scientific Games, LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician for the Loveland-Cincinnati region to service lottery retail locations. You will perform installs, removals, repairs, and preventative maintenance on gaming hardware, POS, and related equipment, delivering on-site support and training.

Travel daily to customer sites, build strong relationships, log service calls, and troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Pass a background check, drug test, and have a clean driving record.
• Must be able to drive a non-CDL delivery truck.
• Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot computer hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Serve field service calls at lottery retailer locations with on-site servicing.
• Perform installations, removals, and preventative maintenance of equipment.
• Provide training and customer-focused support to optimize use of systems.
• Record service data, logs, and reports; communicate issues to management.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems and minimize downtime.
• Maintain vehicle and drive safely; work occasional weekends or evenings as needed.
