Job summary

Scientific Games, LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician to support the Wilmington-Cincinnati region. You will service lottery retail locations, performing installs, removals, and preventive maintenance on gaming and retail equipment, while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include completing daily service calls, troubleshooting hardware and software, training customers, and ensuring timely on-site support with a strong emphasis on safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalency.
• Pass a background check, drug test, and have a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive a non-CDL delivery truck.
• Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Experience troubleshooting computer hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service calls including installs, removals and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair communications hardware and peripherals at retail locations.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide quality training when needed.
• Own service calls end-to-end with minimal supervision.
• Record service data and communicate issues to management.
