Job summary

Scientific Games, LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician to service lottery retail locations on site. You will perform installs, removals, repairs, and preventative maintenance, and provide training as needed.

You will troubleshoot communications hardware and point-of-sale equipment, manage service calls, document issues, and maintain strong customer relations while meeting safety and driving requirements in Olde West Chester, OH.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalency.
• Pass a background check, drug test, and have a clean driving record.
• Familiarity with MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Experience with troubleshooting computer software and hardware technologies.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Service calls at lottery retailer locations; install, remove, and maintain equipment.
• Provide training and preventative maintenance to customers.
• Troubleshoot communications hardware and POS equipment.
• Record service calls and report data issues to management.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and aim for first-time resolution.
• Occasionally train new team members.
