Job summary

Scientific Games is seeking a Field Service Technician to service lottery retail locations in the Canton, OH area. You will perform installs, removals, and preventative maintenance on a range of equipment, and provide on-site customer training and support.

You will log service calls, troubleshoot hardware and software, and coordinate with the Data Center to ensure timely service. The role requires travel as needed and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass background check, drug test, and have clean driving record.
• Able to travel overnight if needed.
• Comfortable with troubleshooting computer hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Service lottery retail locations, perform installs, removals and preventative maintenance.
• Provide training and support to customers on equipment and software.
• Record service calls and report data issues to management.
• Maintain vehicle logs and ensure timely responses to service calls.
