Job summary

Scientific Games is seeking a Field Service Technician for the West Union-Cincinnati region. You will service lottery retail locations, handle installs, removals, and maintenance, and train customers on equipment. The role emphasizes on-site problem solving, strong customer service, and timely reporting of issues.

You must pass background checks, drive a non-CDL vehicle, and routinely manage multiple service calls. Weekend/evening availability and lifting up to 50 pounds are expected.

Qualifications

• Requires background check and drug screen.
• Valid non-CDL driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Familiarity with MS Office products and basic troubleshooting software/hardware.

Responsibilities

• Complete service calls at lottery retailer locations; installs, removals, maintenance.
• Provide training and preventative maintenance to customers.
• Repair, relocate, and service equipment on site with minimal supervision.
• Document service calls and communicate issues to management.
• Maintain vehicle and stay within driving policy; weekend/evening work as needed.
