Job summary

Scientific Games is seeking a Field Service Technician to service lottery retail locations. You will perform client-site servicing, installs, relocations, and preventative maintenance across communication hardware, POS, and vending equipment.

You will train customers, troubleshoot hardware/software, and maintain strong customer relationships while meeting service targets. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, work weekends/evenings as needed, and hold a clean driving record in Dayton, OH.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalency.
• Pass a background check, drug test, and have a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive a non-CDL delivery truck.
• Familiarity with MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Strong troubleshooting of computer software and hardware technologies.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Service calls at lottery retailer locations including installs, removals, and maintenance.
• Provide training and preventative maintenance to customers.
• Record service call information and report data problems to management.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• troubleshoot communications within a retail location and assist remotely by phone as needed.
• Performs routine maintenance on company vehicles and may assist in training new staff.
