WOW! Internet, Cable & Phone is seeking a Field Service Technician to connect customers with internet, TV, and phone services. You’ll install, troubleshoot, and educate customers in the field, working in assigned neighborhoods.

You will handle installations, service changes, and repairs while maintaining records and equipment. A valid driver’s license and the ability to work flexible hours are required, with comprehensive benefits and company-provided tools.

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot WOW! services in assigned neighborhoods.
• Complete installations, reconnections, upgrades, downgrades, and service changes.
• Install/relocate outlets, modems, wiring, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues from customer equipment to network tap.
• Test and maintain coaxial cable and related components.
• Record work orders and service logs accurately.
• Maintain tools, equipment, inventory, and company vehicle.
• Follow safety standards and deliver professional customer service.
• Train and assist other employees when needed.
