WOW! is seeking a Field Service Technician in Columbus, GA to install, maintain, and troubleshoot WOW! internet, phone, and video services in assigned neighborhoods.

You’ll work in the field, educate customers, and resolve issues from their equipment to the network tap. The role requires strong customer service, the ability to work independently, valid driver’s license, and comfort using hand tools and testing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot WOW! internet, phone, and video services in assigned areas.

• Complete work orders, logs, and reports; maintain tools and vehicle; follow safety standards.
