WOW! is hiring a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot internet, phone, and video services in customers' homes and neighborhoods.

You will educate customers, perform new installations, upgrades, and repairs, and maintain accurate service records in a fast-paced, field-based environment. This role requires strong customer service, independent work, and a flexible schedule, including some evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts, with a valid driver's license and ability to

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot WOW! services in assigned neighborhoods.
• Complete installations, upgrades, downgrades, and service changes.
• Install and relocate outlets, modems, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues from customer equipment to network tap.
• Test and maintain coaxial cable and related components.
• Educate customers on equipment and services.
• Follow safety and technical standards (FCC, OSHA, NESC).
• Maintain records, work orders, and service documentation.
