Responsibilities

• Complete new installations, reconnections, upgrades, and service changes.
• Install and relocate outlets, modems, wiring, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot service issues from customer equipment to the network tap.
• Test, maintain, and repair coaxial cable and related components.
• Educate customers on proper use of equipment and services.
• Maintain tools, equipment, inventory, and company vehicle.
