Job summary

WOW! is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot WOW! internet, phone, and video services in assigned neighborhoods. You will complete installations, upgrades, relocations, and service changes, and educate customers on proper use of equipment.

This role requires strong customer service, problem solving, independence, and a valid drivers license; field work in varying conditions is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Valid drivers license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot WOW! internet, phone, and video services.
• Install and relocate outlets, modems, wiring, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot service issues from customer equipment to the network tap.
• Test and repair coaxial cable and related components.
• Educate customers on proper use of equipment and services.
• Complete work orders, service records, and reports.
