Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years in maintenance, repair or installation is preferred.
• Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulics and electronic systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting electro-mechanical problems and performing installations and repairs.
• Interact with customers to understand concerns and recommend actions.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and represent the company positively.
• Execute repairs efficiently and address issues promptly.
• Perform scheduled maintenance per company policies and proactively address repairs.
• Keep parts and supplies inventory in the service van.
• Ensure service van is well-maintained and stocked.
• Adhere to customer safety and housekeeping guidelines on-site.
• Perform other duties to support operations.
