Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting: identify and diagnose electro-mechanical problems and perform installations and repairs.
• Customer Interaction: communicate with customers to understand concerns and resolve issues.
• Professionalism: maintain a professional demeanor and provide excellent customer service.
• Repair Work: execute repairs efficiently and address situations promptly.
• Scheduled Maintenance: perform maintenance tasks per contract requirements and address identified repairs.
• Inventory Management: track parts and supplies in the service van.
• Van Maintenance: ensure service van is stocked and maintained.
• Safety Compliance: follow customer safety guidelines and procedures.
• Other duties: support company operations as needed.
