Carolina Handling, a Raymond Dealer, is seeking a Field Technician to service lift trucks and automated equipment at customer sites across our network. You will diagnose electro-mechanical issues, perform installations and repairs, and maintain professionalism while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-3 years of related maintenance, repair, or installation experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, and electronic systems; reading schematics and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose electro-mechanical problems; perform installations and repairs.
• Interact with customers to understand concerns and recommend actions.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and deliver superior service.
• Execute repairs efficiently and address identified issues promptly.
• Perform scheduled maintenance according to policy; proactively address repairs.
• Keep track of parts and supplies inventory in the service van.
• Ensure the service van is maintained and stocked with necessary equipment.
