Job summary

Dover Imaging & Identification (DII), a segment of Dover Corporation, seeks a Field Service Representative in the Philadelphia area to install, repair, maintain, and test Markem-Imaje coding and identification equipment for consumer goods. The role requires travel within NAM regions and occasional weekend coverage.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of mission-critical field service experience, strong electrical/mechanical knowledge, and a BA/BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Qualifications

• BA or higher in mechanical or electrical engineering preferred.
• 3–5 years mission-critical field service experience a plus.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service repair and maintenance to support customers and installed base.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot operational issues in the field.
• Install new equipment, provide customer training, and conduct routine maintenance and repairs.
