Job summary

Dover Imaging & Identification (DII), a Dover Corporation segment, is hiring a Field Service Representative in Chicago, IL. The role involves installing, repairing and maintaining marking and coding equipment for consumer goods customers, with travel across the NAM region as needed.

You will perform on-site service, troubleshoot operational issues, train customers, and collaborate with sales for demos and follow-up.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of mission-critical field service experience is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service repair and maintenance on Markem-Imaje equipment.
• Install, troubleshoot and test equipment in customer sites.
• Provide training and technical support to customers and sales teams.
