Job summary

Dover Imaging & Identification (DII) in Chicago is seeking a Field Service Representative to install, repair, maintain, and test Markem-Imaje equipment. You will deliver solutions, troubleshoot on-site, and train customers to operate new installations effectively.

The role requires a mechanical or electrical engineering background, plus 3–5 years of field service experience. A discretionary bonus may be earned based on performance metrics.

Qualifications

• BA of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• 3–5 years field service experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service repair and maintenance for Markem-Imaje equipment.
• Install new equipment, train customers, and handle routine and emergency repairs.
• Identify issues, troubleshoot, and recommend solutions to customers.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to support demos and follow-up activities.
