Job summary

Andersen Corporation is seeking a Field Technician I to join our service team. You will directly deliver advanced window and door service in residential settings, performing dismantle/replace work, repairs, and on-site parts installation, while upholding warranty policies and customer experience.

You'll travel regionally, document tasks, and collaborate with service support. Strong problem-solving, communication, and safety mindset are essential; some lifting and ladder work are required.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma and valid driver's license with clean record.
• Customer-oriented with strong communication and safety standards.
• Ability to work at customer homes, manage time, and handle lifting.
• Familiarity with service procedures, construction methods and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Direct delivery of advanced repair and replacement services for windows and doors.
• Perform repairs and on-site parts installation as required.
• Authorize field-level decisions on repair scope and communicate outcomes.
• Maintain professional appearance and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Document tasks and monitor product performance; report issues to service support.
