Andersen Corporation is seeking a Field Technician I to deliver and execute enterprise service solutions that elevate the customer experience. You will dismantle and replace windows/doors at customer sites, perform repairs, and ensure warranty compliance while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include documenting tasks, traveling for service calls, coordinating with support teams, and contributing to service procedures to improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and valid driver's license with clean driving record; 2+ years window installation experience preferred
• Customer orientation and strong communication for in-home service visits
• Maintains high standards of dependability, safety compliance and time management
• Ability to work with customers in their homes/job sites while ensuring a clean, safe workspace
• Knowledge of products, service procedures and construction methods
• Able to learn software applications like WebWindowCare, Word, Excel, and Field Service apps

Responsabilités

• Direct delivery of advanced service solutions and window/door repairs.
• Dismantles and replaces windows/doors in customer settings with care.
• Performs repairs and installs replacement parts as prescribed or deemed necessary.
• Document tasks accurately, including hours, travel, and job assessments.
• Monitor product performance and communicate issues to service support.
• Willing to travel regularly within and outside the division.
• Provide on-site direction of crew and contribute to new service procedures.
