Responsibilities

• Service and repair Renewal by Andersen products.
• Analyze customer situations and verify corrective actions.
• Keep team informed of customer interactions and actions.
• Coach, train and mentor Service Techs.
• Maintain organized service area and stock levels.
• Provide Signature Service to homeowners.
