Job summary

Andersen Corporation is seeking a Field Technician I to deliver and execute enterprise service solutions, dismantling and replacing windows and doors at customer sites while promoting the Andersen brand. The role requires technical repair work, on-site installations, and accurate documentation.

You will travel regularly, communicate warranty and product performance issues, and collaborate with service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• 2+ years window installation experience (preferably Andersen products).
• Strong customer orientation.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to work on ladders/scaffolding and lift up to 70 lbs. with assistance.
• Knowledge of products, service procedures and construction methods.

Responsibilities

• Direct delivery of advanced service solutions and promote Andersen products.
• Dismantle and replace windows and doors on customer sites.
• Perform repairs and install replacement parts as prescribed by technician.
• Complete documentation and electronic paperwork accurately and promptly.
• Monitor product performance and communicate findings to service support.
• Travel to job sites regularly and provide on-site direction as needed.
